North Cache Veterinary Service is a growing mixed animal practice in beautiful Cache Valley in Northern Utah. This is home to Utah State University with a thriving cultural environment. Our valley has been blessed with good jobs and a great family environment. We also have National forest within ten miles of the clinic (great for wildlife, outdoor sports and year round recreation). This is a family practice with two experienced veterinarians ready to mentor and support a new veterinarian. We also have buy in potential for the right candidate. We have great clients and supportive staff with a newly finished addition to better serve our clients.
The position is flexible with the number of days per week worked and the type of appointments to be seen. We pay a base salary with a production bonus (starting at up to $130, 000 base). Also emergencies provide extra compensation. Emergency duty is shared between veterinarians and can be adjusted according to the needs. Benefits include matching Simple IRA, Paid time off, paid professional dues to AVMA, UVMA IVMA and one professional association, covered Malpractice insurance, DEA registration, State licenses and uniform allowance.
Our practice has been here over 50 years and has a dedicated clientele. We are a family friendly practice and our clients care about each other and our staff. We are in Richmond Utah and we service rural areas of northern Utah and southern Idaho. We have great haul in facilities for cattle and horses, digital radiography, portable rectal ultrasounds, supplied vet truck, in house blood work, new surgical suite and dental suite, large pharmacy and helpful staff.
