We are looking for an Associate Equine Veterinarian to join our growing team at our well-established equine practice in Wichita, Kansas. Serving the surrounding areas for over 50 years, we are committed to providing top-quality care to horses, with a focus on practicing excellent medicine. Our team is passionate about advancing equine health through expert care, advanced diagnostics, and cutting-edge treatments. About the Position:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care, both for in-hospital cases, as well as ambulatory cases.
Strong emphasis on sports medicine, but also includes preventative care, dental work, reproduction, and general equine medicine.
You’ll work closely with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and collaborate on complex cases.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
Passion for equine medicine, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Experience in surgery is highly preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a desire to be part of a collaborative team.
Ability to manage a variety of cases and interact effectively with clients.
